Refund policy
Research compounds cannot be resold once they leave our facility, so returns are limited to problems with the shipment itself.
Damaged or incorrect items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the packaging and vials. We will replace the item or refund it, including shipping.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and reship or refund once it is resolved.
Unopened vials
Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery at your cost, minus a restocking fee, only where the product has remained within its storage conditions.
Not covered
Opened or reconstituted vials, products stored outside stated conditions, and orders where the wrong item was selected after documentation was provided.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
